RFQ Description

Our boutique hotel chain is expanding with three new locations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. We are seeking suppliers of handcrafted wooden furniture that incorporates authentic African design elements and aesthetics. We want to create a unique atmosphere that celebrates African craftsmanship while maintaining luxury and comfort. The initial order will include approximately 150 pieces across various categories: beds, nightstands, dining tables, chairs, coffee tables, and decorative items. All pieces should be made from sustainable hardwoods, with preference for those sourced from responsibly managed forests. The supplier must be able to customize designs to our specifications, provide detailed production timelines, and arrange shipping to the UAE. Quality control is essential, and we require warranties for all furniture items. If the initial collaboration is successful, there is potential for an ongoing partnership as we continue to expand our hotel chain.
